We will not be having First Thursday this week due to Saturday being the 4th.
For the 4th we will be starting a bit early at 5:30. We will be having an abrivated service, food, inflatables for the kids, and perfect seats for the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Fireworks start at 9:00pm.

At Saturday night’s service, we had the privilege of hearing from Patrick Barrett, one of The Ascent’s very own. He shared his personal journey of following Christ and the events that led him to the decision to serve God in foreign missions. Patrick explained the risks that he and his wife are willing to take as they strive to put Christ first in their lives.
As we continue to reflect on Patrick’s message, we’ll share some quick thoughts on risk this week.
